Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MinLee Designs. We value your satisfaction and strive to deliver exceptional mood boards every time. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read this policy carefully.
01. Our service
MinLee Designs provides digital mood board design services. Because our work is custom-created and delivered digitally, our refund policy reflects the nature of bespoke creative services.
02. Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If your order has not yet been started, a full refund will be issued upon request.
- If your order is in progress and you wish to cancel, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on work completed.
- If your completed mood board is significantly different from the brief you provided, we will first offer a revision. If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be considered.
- Refunds are not issued for change of mind after work has been delivered, or for dissatisfaction caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided in the style quiz.
03. Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revisions:
- Room Refresh — 2 revisions included
- Full Room Design — 3 revisions included
- 3D Premium — 4 revisions included
We strongly encourage clients to use their included revisions before requesting a refund. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be purchased separately.
04. Non-refundable items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed and delivered mood boards where revisions have already been used
- Rush or express delivery fees
- Orders where the client has approved the final delivery
05. Processing time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method via PayHere. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.
