Payments are processed in your local currency via PayHere where applicable. Promotional pricing and discounts are valid for a limited time and may be subject to additional conditions.

03. Orders and payments

By submitting a booking form on our website, you are making a request to purchase the selected mood board service. Your order is confirmed only after payment has been received and acknowledged by MinLee Designs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including cases of suspected fraudulent activity or errors in pricing.

You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information and authorise us to charge the total order amount to your chosen payment method. All payments are processed securely by PayHere. MinLee Designs does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

04. Delivery

All designs are delivered digitally as PDF files via email within 1–4 days of order confirmation, depending on the package. Delivery times are estimates and may vary in exceptional circumstances. We will notify you promptly if a delay is expected. It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address for delivery.

05. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy governs the process and conditions for cancellations and refunds. Please refer to the Refund Policy on our website for full details. As our services are custom and digital, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

06. Intellectual property

We make no warranties regarding the availability of specific products featured in mood boards, as stock availability is subject to third-party retailers.
